The golden malted waffles at Pronto were a highlight of my mornings! Also, being just a short stroll to fantastic eateries like Kofuku Zushi and Hamburg Daichi made it a foodie’s paradise. Plus, the complimentary coffee station in the lobby kept me fueled for daily explorations.
While there isn’t a buffet breakfast available, the limited space in the room meant a bit of a dance around luggage.

Wi-fi connection not very fast and somewhat unreliable!!! The dryer for heavy clothes fails to perform satisfactorily, leaving items damp!!! Rooms could use a facelift to feel less dated!!!

Had a great stay with friends! The location was perfect, walking distance to Kanda Children's Park and Bellesalle Kanda. We loved the free drinks in the lobby and the helpful staff. Our room was cozy, and daily cleaning was a plus. Plenty of places nearby to grab a bite.
The bath tub/shower setup could use some improvement as it felt a bit unstable.

The Twin Room with Extra Bed was clean and surprisingly spacious for Tokyo. The beds were comfy. I loved the complimentary pajamas! The area around Kanda is lively, with lots of food options nearby. Early check-in was a bonus, and I appreciated the option to change pillows at the front desk. However, the air conditioning was a bit inconsistent, and the bathroom setup felt slightly shaky when stepping in and out. Still, it met all my needs and the staff were super helpful.
